Dear Richard,
thank you for the kind invitation. Yes, I would be very honored to give the departmental Condensed Matter seminar on Oct 7, if that slot is still open. The talk would certainly be timely as our AF-in-cold-atoms Letter has appeared on Aug 3 (http://link.aps.org/doi/10.1103/PhysRevLett.105.065301).
Do you already need a title for the talk? Of course I would like to include our joint work; however, we still have some way to go. Up to now, I have given two kinds of cold-atom talks: more general, with titles like "Quantum Monte Carlo simulations of ultracold fermions on optical lattices within dynamical mean-field theory" (including also our work on Mott transitions in balanced 3-flavor mixtures) and more specific ones on antiferromagnetism in two-flavor mixtures entitled "Néel transition of fermionic atoms in an optical trap: a real-space DMFT study" or similar.
By the way, we have just generalized our RDMFT code to triangular lattices (modeled as a square lattice with tunable hopping along one additional diagonal, possibly stacked) and are starting calculations. More soon.
With best regards
Nils

Dear Nils,
I forget if I responded to this or not. A visit would be great.
Whenever is convenient for you. I have no travel plans around those
dates. If you come on a Thursday, would you like to give our
departmental Condensed Matter seminar? (I will have to make sure
the date is open.)

Richard,
are you aware of the upcoming KITP program including the conference "Frontiers of Ultracold Atoms and Molecules"? I will most certainly attend; unfortunately, all slots for talks have apparently been filled (including one by N. Trivedi): http://www.kitp.ucsb.edu/node/7899.
In any case, this looks like a good opportunity to meet in person; even though our joint preprint should be out by then. So do you think you will come over to UCSB? On the other hand, I would be very happy to stop over in Davis, maybe around Oct. 7?
Bests, Nils
